KPAR-LP is not going away, and neither is it becoming a part of a large conglomerate. In order to make KPAR-LP a more productive entity and to further its mission, the Dickinson Seventh-day Adventist Church has filed application with the FCC to transfer ownership of Broadcast License to Higher Plain Media. Higher Plain Media is an educational Not for Profit Corporation registered in North Dakota. So, the station you are familiar with is not going away, and you can expect continued programming that you are accustomed to hearing.

Our last Application for Broadcast License was granted by the FCC, so we have nothing open for this file.

The attached document is our current License to Broadcast. This license was granted on July 30, 2008.

We do not currently have any construction permits on file with the FCC. Our last construction permit was replaced by a broadcast license.
