KPAR-LP is not going away, and neither is it becoming a part of a large conglomerate. In order to make KPAR-LP a more productive entity and to further its mission, the Dickinson Seventh-day Adventist Church has filed application with the FCC to transfer ownership of Broadcast License to Higher Plain Media. Higher Plain Media is an educational Not for Profit Corporation registered in North Dakota. So, the station you are familiar with is not going away, and you can expect continued programming that you are accustomed to hearing.

Our Application for Broadcast was accepted and is superseded by the License for Broadcast.

We're licensed by the FCC.

The attached document is our current License to Broadcast. This license was granted on March 31, 2011.

We currently have no construction permit on file with the FCC.
